Thorough interviews complete with reference checks. The process includes offer negotiation to ensure alignment with both parties is in place.
Step 3.
Candidate Placement, Follow-Up, and Frequent Check-Ins
Once the role is filled and the candidate has a confirmed start date. Frequent check-ins are had in order to mitigate issues and highlight successes.
